4\\28\\08 The quality of the rockfish we have been catching has been pretty spectacular with big reds, widows and yellowtail rockfish to go with some nice lingcod. The weather still plays a little bit of a role in when we can go but on a positive note the water is cleaning and warming up so we look foreward to the up comming weeks.

04-15-2008
We have had some good weather the past few days with the exception of a few. The ling cod have been cooperating on a few trips with the last good score for us comming on April 11 when we had 50 lingcod for 28 passengers. The water is still colder than we would like to see for this time of year but there is sign of barricuda and a few white seabass and yellowtail. We will keep you posted.

When the wind backs down we have had some good days on the rockfish with sign of a few yellowtail around and a few white sea bass around as well. We have had to cancel the last few days due to the wind bit it is soon to get better and I think when we get a good stretch of good weather we will get a better chance at a few more exotics. See you all soon, Shawn Steward
